Why did the choice of Avy's Tenant Experience Platform fall in your business?
We want to meet the needs and desires of our customers now and in the future. This makes us want to gather the interface to our customers in one place regardless of the technical choices we make in the background. Avy has an established and simple product that matches our current set surprisingly well. We also see that Avy's plans in the future are in line with how we see today that we want to develop the customer journey with us.
How has the integration with your existing Vitec ERP worked?
For the flows that are built into the product (Avy) today, the integrations have worked well. See it as important in the future to have smooth two-way communication between our systems in order to satisfy our customers in a good way. This development will be interesting and follow.
Even though it's early in the process, have you started to see any effects?
We have not launched yet, but it will be very interesting to see the impact of Davy, among others, and how it helps us in our communication with our customers.
Do you have any good advice for other Real Estate Companies considering Avy's Tenant Experience Platform?
If you are looking for a simple interface, smooth management of the customer journey and good integrations with other systems, Avy is a good choice. The fact that it is an established product with a good pace of development makes the choice easier.
