Together with our customers, partners and employees, we have been developing the digital living experience for over six years. We continue to lead the development and redefine tenant experience — from a roof over your head to a simple, safe and sustainable living experience.
Our History
Avy was founded in 2018 within Brunswick Real Estate with the vision to create value in customer relationships between property owners and tenants. In 2022, Avy was strengthened by the merger with industry colleague Tmpl, creating the Nordic region's leading platform within Tenant Experience. Since 2024, the company has also established itself in Finland with an office in Helsinki.
Many real estate companies are stuck in aging IT systems that create lock-in effects, hamper integrations and hamper innovation, business development and customer focus. This is where Avy comes in — we unlock the potential and simplify everyday life for both real estate companies and residents.
